Day 2- 1/4/12

Today after I used my make up I washed my hands and thought about how America uses water like nothing. We waste it while people in Africa or other countries don’t have enough or even get the chance to get clean, safe water. They don't/can't even worry about their hygiene, if the water's clean, or if they have clean cloths and that’s how a lot of them die.
Also, today for a couple of my class's I had to take notes for a test and English taught me how to take notes and to be short yet still use our grammar.
I walk a lot everyday from class to class and the amount we walk everyday between class's is technically the amount of trips that women would a day just to walk down to the river and back while carrying 2 gallons per trip.
We had to write a proposal for our final assessment in the ILA and in order for my to write it, I needed the knowledge I got form English on the structure for a paragraph.

Day 1- 1/3/12

Today we needed to write 3 paragraphs explaining differences and what best fits, so while listing a bunch of things and to write paragraphs you need structure and grammar that we learned in English.
For every time someone or I flush a toilet we use anywhere from 3-5 gallons of water, and it takes anywhere from 2 to 3 walks that the people in Africa have to take to even get that much water. When I drunk from my water bottle I thought of the video where "Nestle" is taking over a lot of towns and polluting them. Everyone drinks from water bottles, but they don't always recycle them. It then causes the oceans to be polluted and it starts to kill animals.
At most of the water fountains in Arrowhead has an irony taste, most students don't like the taste at all. I then recently found out that if the water tastes like that, then the water has been sitting in the pipes for to long and got and irony flavor from the pipes.
